WHAT HAS T.H.E.
ACCOMPLISHED?
Since 1983, Greig Veeder, Executive Director of T.H.E., and T.H.E.
Board members have consistently introduced new methods of treatment
and sex offender management:
T.H.E. has
produced a relapse prevention program that has provided leadership
resulting in more community safety than any other sex offender
treatment program in Colorado.
T.H.E was
the first program to use polygraph as a regular part of treatment.
T.H.E introduced
nationally the use of the shared living arrangement form of residential
placement for controlling sex offenders.
T.H.E. wrote
the legislation for numerous laws enhancing community safety including
the creation of the Colorado State Sex Offender Management Board.
